Celebrate
National Food and Pharmaceutical Industry Fraud Day
June 30

(Note: The FDA was founded on June 30, 1906)

June 30 is the day Americans pay special attention to the multi-decade history of malfeasance by an industry-captured government agency - the FDA - that promotes dangerous drugs and food additives while harassing ethical healers, corrupting scientific research and interfering with Americans' civil liberties.

Our Seven Point Platform

#1. Ban drug ads from television, magazines and newspapers just as cigarette ads have been banned.

The United States (and New Zealand) are the only countries on earth that permit pharmaceutical ads to appear on television. The corrupting influences of these ad purchases on an already ethically challenged news media industry is patently obvious and needs to stop immediately.

# 2. Federally guaranteed medical freedom

Any adult should be free to seek out health information and health care from any person, state licensed or not, as long as the practitioner makes full and accurate disclosure about the details of his or her training and experience. Further, no American, should be required to receive any health treatment against his or her will, including treatments for minor children in their custody.

#3. Break the National Institute of Health (NIH) monopoly on medical research

Taxpayer-funded medical research dollars are currently monopolized by the notoriously corrupt NIH which promotes expensive and usually toxic patented drugs as the only solution to every health problem.

#4. At least 50% of all tax payer-funded medical and health research dollars to be spent on simple, inexpensive, unpatentable remedies.

The NIH currently functions as a free research and publicity service for the pharmaceutical industry. Not only do taxpayers subsidize patented drug development, they are also victimized when the only solutions presented for health problems are expensive, toxic, ineffective and propriety chemical formulations.

#5. Strict non-compete employment contracts for all federal employees

Self-serving individuals often use government jobs as a springboard to enter the pharmaceutical and food industries aiding the corrupt, anti-social agenda of these industries and the agencies that are supposed to regulate them on behalf of the public. Additionally, no federal agency should accept as an employee an employee or agent of a food or pharmaceutical company.

#6. No patent rights or honorariums for federal employees or the agencies they work for

Individuals of dubious integrity like Anthony Fauci have been able to use their government employment to individually "double dip" to the tune of millions of dollars by owning patents on government approved medical technologies and receiving significant cash payments in the form of speaking fees and "awards" from universities and non-profits funded by tax payer funded government agencies.

#7. Any food additive banned in any nation will be banned in the United States automatically pending appeal by its makers

The organizations and web sites below support this platform and will be creating special programming to educate the public about National Food and Pharmaceutical Industry Fraud Day and why the industry capture of government agencies is a legitimate enterprise that deprives them of their rights to health and personal freedom.
